Do You Accept Health Insurance?

At this time, we do not accept health insurances. However, many insurances will reimburse you if you submit an invoice. You may request an invoice by emailing us at [email protected].

It is likely we will be accept health insurance in the near future. When this occurs, patients will be notified.

How Often Are Appointments & Are They Required?

Membership includes an appointment each month if desired. Appointments are required initially as your provider adjusts your medication. Once you have achieved a stable dose, appointments are often optional and patients can submit a refill request without an appointment directly from their account.

What if I Have Questions After My Appointment or Want More Frequent Appointments?

For questions, you can contact us through the patient portal. Email us at [email protected] to set yours up. Do not submit personal identifying information via a non-HIPAA compliant email provider (e.g., personal gmail, yahoo mail, outlook).

Membership includes one appointment per month. If you desire more appointments, you may schedule one for $149 per appointment.
